Business Tycoon Online puts the player into a world of economy and running a business. This is quite an unusual place to put a gamer nowadays, but change isn’t always a bad thing.
After making your account and choosing a server, you step right into the world of Business Tycoon and must choose one of four industries which each have a different asset.
Entertainment industry: Taxes decreased by 5%
Sales Industry: Goods Production rate and raw material supply rate increased by 5%
Catering Industry: The salary of employees decreases by 50%
Service Industry: The success rate of employing an experienced employee increases by 10%
After choosing what industry you would like to be in, you must now choose your secretary who has specific skills which will affect your industry in a different way.
Immediately after choosing a secretary, you are asked to accept a quest which will act as the tutorial. This tutorial is better than most others as there is a green arrow which helps with navigation.
The game has been well developed as there are many things a player can do such as buy vehicles, obtain more land among other various things which keep you into the game.
Another factor is the community. There are 3 different chats which the player can use, Public which means the area he is in, Guild which means the guild he is in and New players where new players are helped and older or more experienced players help them.
Upon renting land, you must begin your business by choosing what type of store to open. I entered the Catering Industry and so bought a snack store. I was able to name it as well which I thought was a nice addition.
You also have an inbox of messages from the game and other players which your secretary receives, which I like because it shows the secretary was put there for a certain reason and not to just add useless flare to the game.
All in all, if you are looking for a new type of game or just into business games,i advise you try Business Tycoon Online because it is a great game.
